Modern technology enhances so many areas of our lives that it makes sense it would also improve the level of care we provide to our patients. Using dental technology helps us improve your comfort, the efficiency of our procedures, and the long-term outcomes we can achieve.
Take a moment to see what we offer, and please don't hesitate to call us if you have questions or need to schedule an appointment.

Digital X-Rays & Sensors
Our digital x-rays use digital sensors to capture highly detailed images of your teeth and significantly reduce your radiation exposure compared to traditional film x-rays. Digital sensors are comfortable because they're flat with rounded edges, unlike the bulky clip used with films.
The high-quality x-ray images produced are immediately available for our dentists to review with you and show you areas of concern. Unlike film x-rays, there's no processing time involved, which allows for faster diagnosis and less time spent in the dental chair. And since no harsh chemicals are involved, digital x-rays are safer for the environment.

Laser Dentistry
We use specialized lasers to perform certain procedures, including gum tissue reshaping, advanced periodontal treatment, and frenectomies. Dental lasers use a highly concentrated beam of light to remove diseased tissue and leave surrounding healthy tissue intact.
Because laser dentistry is minimally invasive and precise, procedures result in less bleeding and minimal discomfort. Lasers also help stimulate your body's natural healing process, which results in faster recovery and less downtime.

3-D Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)
Cone beam technology is a type of dental imaging that produces a highly detailed 3-D rendering of your mouth and surrounding anatomy. With CBCT, our specialist sees a 3-D image of the teeth, surrounding bone, nerve pathways, and soft tissues in great detail.
Cone beam imaging is especially helpful for implant dentistry, where we need to evaluate the quantity and quality of bone in your jaw. This technology also allows us to determine the ideal location and angle to place your implant. We can also identify potential complications, such as sinus involvement.

Panoramic X-Rays
Panoramic x-rays give our dentists a broad view of your entire mouth in a single image, including all your teeth, upper and lower jaws, and temporomandibular joints (TMJs). This makes them an essential diagnostic tool for planning implant placement, orthodontic treatment, and identifying impacted wisdom teeth, jawbone abnormalities, and sinus problems.

Same-Day Dental Crowns
Same-day technology similar to CEREC enables us to provide beautiful tooth restorations like dental crowns, inlays, and onlays in a single appointment. We take comfortable digital impressions that create a 3-D virtual model of your teeth. A milling machine in our office then uses ceramic material to craft your final restoration while you wait.
Our patients appreciate the convenience of same-day restoration because they don't require multiple appointments or temporary restorations. You'll leave our office the same day with your beautiful, natural-looking crown cemented securely in place.

Digital Impressions
Digital impressions use a handheld intraoral scanner to capture detailed images of your teeth and soft tissues. The result is a 3-D virtual model we use for numerous dental treatments, including orthodontics, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
Using digital impressions replaces the paste material that many people find messy and uncomfortable. This technology not only improves your comfort but also provides highly predictable and accurate results.

TVs in Treatment Rooms
You will appreciate the TVs in all our treatment rooms that help distract you during dental procedures. Taking your mind off what’s happening around you can help reduce anxiety and make your experience more comfortable.

Intraoral Cameras
An intraoral camera is a small handheld device that captures detailed images of your mouth and teeth as we perform your exam. The images are displayed on screen in real-time, so you can follow along as we easily identify problem areas like decay, broken or cracked teeth, and signs of gum disease.
Intraoral cameras are also an important educational tool because you can see what we see, informing you about your dental needs and helping you understand why we recommend treatment.

Digital Records
We use digital records to efficiently store your dental history, including x-rays, intraoral photos, and treatment plans. All our dental team members can access your records, making it easy for us to collaborate and share information. Digital records also allow us to share your information with your insurance company and other specialists.
